My husband and I met Chuck at the end of January 2020 , he was recommended from a friend that works in Real Estate in the Tampa area.  Upon talking to Chuck we described the type of the place we wanted and a general idea of where we wanted to live. We were going to be in Tampa, only for a few days and Chuck was able to meet with us the day after we arrived. That day we met with Chuck he had a list of places that matched our criteria.  My initial instinct was that Chuck was someone and he was so knowledgeable about the area, my instinct was right. We looked at a few places before we went to the one we loved  and ended up buying.  We still had 2 days left in Tampa and Chuck made himself available to show us the property 2 more times and helped us do up the offer. When we were leaving to go home to Massachusetts I knew Chuck would be available for any questions we had.  I did call him numerous times and he always answered my questions and if he wanted to let us know something he would call or text me.  The Covid-19 pandemic presented a small issue, with not being able to be there for the home inspection and closing but Chuck was there and kept us well informed. Our daughter lives in Tampa with her family so she was in contact with Chuck and met him a few times. After the closing about a week later Chuck met with our daughter and gave her the keys and showed her things in the condo. We are planning on going down the beginning of June ad Chuck said he would meet us at the condo to answer any questions.
