  • Confirm commissions with Sellers
  • Tour home with Sellers/take notes/selling points
  • Send repair list and get ready for listing to go live
  • Prepare comps in market area, do CMA
  • Work with Seller on ideal price to list
  • SPD to Sellers to complete and sign
  • Decide with Sellers the Title Company to use
  • Have Title preparer net proceeds sheet for Sellers
  • Ad information on Sellers, etc into Dotloop
  • Have Sellers sign all forms (LBP, Affiliated Business Disclosure, SPD, condo disclosures, AHS home warranty, tax record, etc)
  • MLS waiver needed based on agreement date/list date
  • Complete my deals in CB desk
  • Schedule photography/review with Sellers
  • Input listing in MLS
  • Manage open houses on listing
  • Complete marketing materials (Just listed, website, brochures, etc)
  • Set up lockbox, if applicable
  • Schedule sign posts
  • Work with buyer agents on offers (terms, Pre-approval letters, survey requests, inspection results, and appraisal
  • Manage listing, showings, open houses, mortgage approval process follow up
  • Confirm closing date with Sellers
  • Schedule final walk-through
  • Close with Title company
